Terms of Service
Reservation Policy & Customer Agreements
1. 48-Hour Reservation Hold
Frames reserved online are held at your chosen partner shop for 48 hours. After 48 hours, unclaimed items are released back to general inventory without penalty.
2. Payment & Inspection
Payment is finalized in person at the partner shop. Customers inspect and test frames with optometrists before paying. Stores accept Cash (USD/KHR), KHQR (Bakong), and credit/debit cards.
3. Pricing & Currency
All catalog prices are denominated in USD and converted to Cambodian Riel at 4,100 KHR per USD.
