BrightEyes respects the confidentiality of all visitors. We collect only essential contact details (name and phone number) necessary to hold your frames and notify the partner store of your arrival.
1. Information We Collect
We collect your full name, phone number, and chosen partner shop. Because payment is settled in person upon pickup, we never collect or store payment card numbers on our servers.
2. How Information is Used
Your phone number and reservation token are shared exclusively with the selected partner optical shop staff to prepare your frames.
3. Data Security
All communications are encrypted using high-grade TLS 1.3 encryption. We never sell or share customer contact records with third-party advertisers.
